how did i never notice the time was off? main.cpp split into take_care_of_bink.cpp, now videos can have arbitrary resolution.

okay, now i know what's wrong and i fixed 1/2 of it. 1 bss was not null, fixed 2 bink uses seh internally, some videos fail where BinkDoFrame would return 1 or whatever the code was
